This work is designed for individuals ready for sustained inner work and honest exploration.
When we meet, we track the deeper levels of your authenticity and soul gifts while bringing awareness to the cultural conditioning and inherited narratives that may be shaping your life.
These sessions are not therapy. They are relational spaces for reflection, pattern recognition, and realignment so you can continue embodying your authentic path.
Format:
Minimum commitment: 4 hour sessions
Suggested weekly or biweekly session flow
Custom pacing depending on the client
Investment:
Sessions are offered at three investment levels:
$300 / $350 / $400 per session.
The four-session package is available at $1,200 / $1,400 / $1,600.
Group Coaching
Shared spaces where transformation unfolds within community.
These containers combine reflection, dialogue, and guided practices while participants navigate personal thresholds alongside others walking similar paths.
Current forms include:
Seasonal elemental group coaching intensives (6 sessions)
TJR Community Practice Calls (monthly, for Transformation Journey Roadmap students)
Who This Work Serves
This work is for people who sense they were built for something the current world doesn't yet have a category for.
They have often done significant inner work already and find themselves at a threshold the conventional tools no longer reach. They are ready to examine what is underneath surviving patterns, reclaim what is essentially theirs, and begin organizing their lives around soul purpose rather than inherited identity.
If you are looking for performance coaching or goal optimization, this is not that work. If you are ready for the threshold crossing, this is exactly that.
Meet Your Guide
I'm Sheila Bélanger, transformational coach, elder guide, and archetypal astrologer. I work through The Living Threshold Process, a methodology that locates people within the initiatory arc of their own transformation, bringing depth psychology, archetypal astrology, and ancestral field awareness to the crossings that matter most.
I hold a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential with the International Coaching Federation. More essentially, I guide this work from my own lived experience of threshold crossings. I meet clients at the depth they are actually at, not the depth that is comfortable to name.
My work supports people navigating profound thresholds of transformation as old paradigms dissolve and new ways of living and leading begin to emerge.
